Giclee Prints
Giclee, (pronounced “gee-clay”), is a highly sophisticated inkjet printing process that produces prints which capture the colors and clarity of the original painting exceptionally well. The inks used are made for longevity and lightfastness and may last beyond 100 years. Even museums have made giclee editions a permanent part of their collections.
My originals can be reproduced on canvas to look more like the original oil painting. Canvas prints are coated with a clear UV-protective varnish and are either mounted with acid-free adhesive on foam core or stretched on canvas bars. They are ready to be framed unless otherwise noted. Prints can also be ordered printed on fine art paper, matted and ready for framing. |
